Contract for GA Notary Rules

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into between the Georgia Notary Association (“Association”) and the individual notary public (“Notary”) who agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Association.

1. Obligations Notary

The Notary shall adhere to all laws and regulations governing notarial acts in the state of Georgia. This includes, but is not limited to, properly identifying signers, maintaining a notary journal, and providing a notarial certificate for each notarized document.

2. Membership Requirements

In order to remain in good standing with the Association, the Notary must maintain an active notary commission and complete any continuing education requirements mandated by the state of Georgia.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this Contract, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be brought to the attention of the Georgia Secretary of State for further action.

4. Governing Law

5. Termination
